Your Partner from Discovery to Recovery
At 360 Health Consultancy, we take a D.A.R.I.N.G.™ approach to healthcare, it is different from conventional medicine because rather than treating your symptoms, we dive deeper to discover why you have those symptoms, where they came from, what other systems in your body are out of balance etc. and then put together a lifestyle and nutritional plan to promote a sustained recovery.
It is detective work that means we get to the root cause of what you are currently experiencing BEFORE your symptoms become more serious. This approach works equally well for fit and healthy people who want to ‘biohack’ their body for optimal performance EG athletes, or for people who have chronic health problems that no-one has been able to get to the bottom of.

DiscoverFREE 15-Minute Discovery Call (Click to book)
Prior to this call you will be invited to complete an internationally recognized Medical Symptom Questionnaire which gives you a score out of 200 to gauge the severity of your symptoms. An ideal score would be below 15. Anything above 50 would benefit from a full functional medicine diagnosis. This first step is free with no obligation to continue further, but it does give us a benchmark indication of whether functional medicine is right for you.
Comprehensive Initial Consultation (Click to Book)
This is offered as a stand-alone consultation or, more commonly, a starting point for a course of treatment.
Prior to your initial consultation, you will have been invited to complete the Functional Medicine Analysis forms, which are very detailed and may take up to an hour for you to complete. You do not have to do this all in one go, but the more thorough you can be, the better the foundation for diagnosis and forming your treatment strategy.
By the time we see one another face-to-face, I will have put together a Functional Medicine Timeline for you so that you can see a graphical representation of your health from birth to the present day. Typically we will see that there are certain ages when a cluster of symptoms arise, or we’ll see a gradual escalation of symptoms from one point. With this information, I will be able to transfer your symptoms to a Functional Medicine Matrix which is another graphical representation of your health, but this time it shows us which body systems are most out-of-balance, be it immune function, hormones, gut function etc.
The Functional Medicine Matrix and the Functional Medicine Timeline will become our working documents for breaking the cycle of dis-ease and getting you back on track towards better health.
What you can expect
- To go over your medical history, current symptoms, goals, nutritional status and any labs or tests you may have already had.
- Conversation about any family history, genetic predispositions, lifestyle factors, traumatic or significant life events that have affected your health.
- I will prescribe the most suitable functional nutrition plan and give you supporting booklets, crib sheets and suggestions to help you implement it.
- I will recommend basic supplements to kick-start your health although these recommendations may be refined if you opt to have the metabolic nutrition profile or gut function lab test done.
- By the end of our session, I will be able to provide you with a written plan through Living Matrix including recommended nutrition, lifestyle, exercise and sleep advice as well as detailed information on relevant lab tests that I can arrange for you. Most tests can be done at home and be collected by courier.
- Finally, we will discuss a bespoke support package that fits in with your time and commitment constraints. Typically these are 6-month programmes with us having monthly meetings to assess progress.
As a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and a Registered Acupuncturist, I also have access to full laboratory testing. This includes testing for food sensitivities, stool analysis, genetic predispositions, all blood tests, hormonal and adrenal function, toxic metals, organic acids and metabolic analysis. Many of these tests can be done from home or in conjunction with your GP or someone who can do a blood draw for you. The tests are also suitable for children.
Many clients ask if they can purchase a test but not consultations. I understand this and in some cases it is an option, however my gut instinct is that this is a false economy because unless you understand the relationship between gut, hormones, immunity etc then you are unlikely to get to the root cause of the problem. For example, many people want a food intolerance test, but by the time they ask they already have a good idea that they have sensitivities. I would rather ask ‘why’ do you have the sensitivity and how can we resolve that instead of giving you a kit that leads you to avoid certain foods for the rest of your life.
As a guide, adrenal function, hormone panels, comprehensive stool analysis, toxic metals, food sensitivities and organic acid tests are between £100-£300 each. This is not covered in your consultation fee (unless you purchase a transformation package) and they are not available through the NHS or your insurance company.
Lab tests are not compulsory for functional medicine to work, but they definitely speed up your treatment times and are beneficial as preventative tools because we can see what is going on ‘behind-the-scenes’ before symptoms arise.
In order to ensure your quality of life is improving, we track your symptoms on a monthly basis with an internationally recognized Medical Symptoms Questionnaire that scores you out of 200. An ideal score is below 15. Your monthly scores are plotted on a graph that can be added to your Report.
We also use the PROMIS scale which is an internationally recognised measurement of quality of life. It stands for Patient Reported Outcome Measurement Information System and is a set of person-centered measures that evaluates and monitors physical, mental, and social health in adults and children. It is typically used with people who are living with chronic health conditions.
