Who this 10-Week Programme is For
This 10-week programme will be extremely beneficial for anyone who experiences any of the following symptoms, regardless of whether you have an official diagnosis or not. It will also be very useful for carers, partners and ‘recovery managers’ to be able to offer constructive help and support to those who are more severely affected.
